Now offering this NEW one-time workshop in-person! Inspired by the cities in the exhibit "Continued Continuing: Paintings by Amy Casey." The setting of this world is a lone tower, overlooking a vast island covered with a canopy of treetops, that stretches to the sea. As the only known inhabitant on this island, you must ask yourself what the future world looks like? Will there be a balance of landscape and industry? Will we eventually run out of shared, safe spaces? Sculpt a small scale model of an imaginary, unfinished world using building materials and found objects.
Offering this one-time workshop in-person! Design and create your very own wall vase. Use earthy stoneware clay to make a vase that will hang on a wall. Choose patterns and textures to enhance a bouquet of flowers. No experience needed, all levels welcome!
