Everywhere you look, color holds meaning. It evokes emotion, describes ideas, and conveys symbolism. Through creativity, students will create their own 2D art utilizing a variety of drawing and painting materials. Some of the projects include color theory, color symbolism, color science, and more! Discover the role of color in art and just how powerful colors can be.

Visit the galleries to see famous ceramic pieces first hand, tour the ceramics lab and learn the process that clay goes through from beginning to end. Create functional, decorative, and sculptural pieces to cherish always. Lessons change every session taught by experienced instructors that work with each student to see them grow, sign up for multiple classes! (Families will need to make arrangements to pick up fired pieces two-four weeks after class.)
