Use friction, water, and soap to shrink down wool fibers into long ropes to create dreadlocks into a fabulous head piece. Some hand sewing required. Bring a towel and plastic bag.

Watch it all come together while learning soldering, bezel forming, and pierce and cut techniques, manipulating all those items into a beautiful piece of jewelry to treasure forever.

Learn to make beautiful jewelry for yourself or that special friend. In this 6 week class beginners and advanced students will be guided through designing and creating unique designs of their own. We will learn soldering, metal sawing and piercing, and other metalsmithing techniques. Enjoy the wonders of metals while creating a treasure to wear.
You will use white porcelain clay and basic hand building techniques to make a beautiful ceramic luminary. Decorate it with stars, hearts, flowers or whatever shapes you prefer. Receive a free LED tea light to illuminate your creation when you pick up your fired piece! All experience levels are welcome.
*Students will need to make arrangements to pick up fired pieces two weeks after workshop.
