Students will learn the art of “random weave” basketry as they shape natural vines 

into a hanging basket. Once the basket weaving is completed, students will learn techniques for finishing the interior by lining it with burlap and moss for a woodland feel. Students will carefully plant a flowering plant inside and make a special gift card for Mom as the finishing touch— a handmade Mother’s Day surprise to treasure. All skill levels welcome; all materials provided. Ages 8-12; 10 seats available.
