Over the span of this 6 week course students will learn to etch copper using household items to create beautiful adornments to aid in their jewelry making. Artist Alexander Draven will walk you through your design and guide you in making an etched cuff, earrings or a pendant from copper sheet using just saltwater and a battery! Explore the possibilities of electrolytic etching for jewelry! All materials provided, all skill levels are welcome.
