Offering this NEW one-time workshop at CMA! Workshop participants will learn the magical process of dyeing paper using tissue paper and water, discovering the vibrant hues and textures that emerge. Guided by our experienced instructor, participants will utilize their dyed paper to create stunning collages, incorporating shapes and patterns inspired by Ethel Magafan's painting "Meadows." Through close observation of the painting, students will draw inspiration from its organic forms and colors to infuse their collages with artistic depth. Additionally, we'll delve into the world of collage art further by reading Eric Carle's beloved book, "The Tiny Seed," offering additional insight and inspiration. Join us for a creative exploration of color, texture, and composition in this immersive workshop experience.

*Cost includes all supplies.
