Offering this NEW Art Play Date at CMA! Parents, come join your little artists in multisensory art-making activities for both of you to enjoy together. As summer rolls into fall, it's not always easy to get your tot outside for active play - but with a little imagination, indoor play can become an important part of your tot's busy day. Create a pop-up dramatic play area inside your home. Dress for painting with large brushes and sloppy colors as we learn about the importance of expressing ourselves through various sized brush strokes, dripping and splattering paint, and stamping paint onto large sheets of canvas. Then, create a sock puppet to activate your theater and follow you home! Ok-to-get-messy attire is suggested; aprons provided. *Note: Due to drying time, this project requires next-day pickup.
