FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: February 13, 2013, Canton, Ohio — The Canton Artists League Spring Show, entitled “Art in Bloom,” will be exhibited March 16 – April 14, 2013, at the Canton Museum of Art. An opening reception will be held on Saturday, March 23, from 2:00 – 4:00pm, including music by Kid Rodz.
The Canton Artists League is an associate of the Canton Museum, which provides a venue biennially for the League’s members to exhibit their work. The membership of the League consists of amateur and professional artists for the purpose of camaraderie and the continuation of honing their skills. The media represented in this year’s “Art in Bloom” show range from watercolor, oils, acrylic and photography to pottery, wood sculpture, jewelry, weaving, mixed media colored pencil and more.
